Area Commissioner

British Scouting Overseas are looking for a new lead volunteer to support and provide direction to volunteers across the Area. Key attributes needed include good interpersonal skills and the ability to motivate and inspire others. The successful volunteer will work with the Area Team to provide line management support to the 4 Districts that make up this unique Area of UK Scouting.

Do you, or someone you know, have management and leadership experience, excellent inter-personal skills and the ability to motivate and inspire others?

The successful candidate will be responsible for taking British Scouts Overseas forward as a growing organisation relevant to young people and adults alike. Our current youth membership in the Area is over 2700 young people and 800 adult volunteers.
