Key Information
Who can attend?
- Scouts & Explorers Aged 10–18 Born between 2 August 2007 and 2 August 2015.
- Adult Volunteers Enthusiastic, supportive individuals eager to create an unforgettable experience.
Travel Arrangements
- Youth Participants: Young people do not need to be accompanied by their own leaders. BSO provides fully vetted, trained, and carefully selected leaders to ensure safety and fun.
- Arrival and Responsibility: BSO takes responsibility for participants from the moment they arrive at the campsite. Families must arrange safe travel to and from the event.
- No Airport Meet-and-Greet Service: Families and groups are responsible for travel arrangements within the UK.

- Adult Volunteers: £75
- Payment Plan: £100 non-refundable deposit required to secure your spot. Full payment deadlines will be shared upon registration.
