From today, during the France & Iberia AGM, BSO welcomed Jose Bernabe Munoz, known as ‘Pepe’ into the Area Team as the new District Commissioner for France & Iberia. Pepe originally comes from Murcia in Spain and has been actively Scouting for over 10 years as Leader, Group Scout Leader and a Trainer. Pepe has some great experience working at Kandersteg Scout Centre in Switzerland and now at Bentley Copse Activity Centre. As well as being passionate about Scouting, Pepe loves reading and climbing too, we are thrilled he has joined our team and look forward to working with him. Welcome Pepe!

British Scouting Overseas supports Scouting for young people and adult volunteers across the world. Our website is an important place for members, parents, volunteers and new families to find information, access resources and discover how to get involved. We are now redesigning the site so it is clearer, easier to update and better reflects the adventure, community and impact of Scouting overseas. About the role We are looking to appoint 2 volunteers to develop and support the International Duke of Edinburgh Award Scheme across British Scouting Overseas, as part of the Programme Team. The roles will focus on supporting our Award Centres and those engaged in delivering the Award programme.
